An exciting new chapter for Train to Change
We’re really pleased to share that Train to Change (UK) Ltd is now part of TL Training Ltd.
For all of our customers, it’s very much business as usual, with the same team you already know, the same location, and the same level of service you’ve come to expect, now with the added support and backing of TL Training.
Over the past few months, it became clear that both businesses share very similar values, ways of working, and plans for the future, which made this a natural step forward.
After 17 fantastic years, we’re incredibly proud of what’s been built here at Train to Change, and we’re excited to continue that journey with the backing of TL Training, bringing new opportunities, investment, and growth for the future.
About us
Train to Change (UK) Ltd. are a not-for-profit company. We deliver Mechanical Handling Equipment and Vocational Training from our training centre in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.
We offer courses accredited by Lantra and ITSSAR Awarding Bodies.
We are a Category 2 ITSSAR accredited mechanical handling equipment (fork lift truck) test centre; find out more at the Lantra and ITSSAR websites.
All our training is accredited under the national Trained Operator Passport Scheme (TOPS).
We offer training to employees in the public sector and commercial businesses, individuals and people on Government schemes.
Training courses
We are particuarly keen to train women, as these careers are open to all and do not require specific physical skills. Please call for bespoke training or other training not listed below.

2 minutes from Jn 10 M53/M56.
From 2 – 30 people, 1 hour to 1 week hire.
Only £100 per day, includes tea/coffee and biscuits.
